You are right , the file manager only allows you to upload/ delete and order the files. once on the bcm , the file cannot be down loaded back for editing.

HI this is normally due to clocking issues on the isdn and bcm. Normally with isdn the clock source is set to primary external, when this kind of fault occurs then clocking source should be changed to secondary. 99 percent of the time this fixes the issue.

Yeah agree you can change the answer keys from enhance/extended and normal to switch off this problem.

If you set in the general aa settings return to aa, the call will return after busy tone/ "that person is busy", and repeat the AA / ccr greeint/options.
You set this in call pilot , in the AA section and in general setings there. This maybe in the greeting table section...
HI you can use feature ** system {spell out on key pad} as an access to msc card , and password 266344 {config}
this takes you to telphone config on 3.x versions of bcm.

Haveyou tried , quick start wizard on 3.x systems ? and using telphony reset F** startup pswd 266344 after power up ? These will reset all telphony data, and with voicemail f982 option 9 and reinstall voice mail to factory ?

what exactly are u trying to do ? paging could be programmed as a single press command direct to a zone, would this help eg Feature611 etc ? Mailbox paging in vmail for ccr tree's and mailboxes could also be used , in rel 4 bcm and rel 3 bcm50 service codes could acces these .

HI stopping and restarting the service may help from element manager. If you have it backed up try reinstalling the vmail from f982{opt 9} menu. this will reset the data base , and wipe voicemail prog, but will allow you to start again with it.

The split really only makes difference to ip sets giving more resources to the data modules and services.
Have you checked your msc configuration, and given more resources to vmail ports. You can set this to max giving all available ports to vmail etc, this may never have been set and may be...
HI , This does work used it before for a vets surgery..check points below.
1:Check the class of service for the mailbox has outbound transfer enabled.
2: Check the mailbox has the setting for out dail set to route.
3: Set the out bound transfer up in the mailbox. prefix no with "9"
