Is it possible to pull off the .Wav file that is used by the BCM for Music on hold? I can only find options for remove and upload in the BCM Music Manager. I can't seem to find my original wave file uploaded and want to try and clean it up a little bit.

Thanks.

HI

You are right , the file manager only allows you to upload/ delete and order the files. once on the bcm , the file cannot be down loaded back for editing.

You might be able to find the wav file through the TTY interface and go to a DOS prompt.

Although I would have no idea where to find it.

ack.. ok, thanks for the info.
