Right now Im using my BCM´s DS30 split set to 2/6, right now Im having issues with my atendant now I can handle only like 7 call, a Nortel tech told me that If I change the split to 3/5 I can handle more call. Now my question, Im using 3 T1 and 2 DS32 How can I change the offset dipswitch to make it work?

Thanks

Which bus are use for the atendant whan I used split 3/5? I thinks are 1 7 8

Do you have allot of IP telephones? Because you can give more resourses to the AA without going to a 3/5 split.

Adversity is Opportunity

By default there are only 6 channels allocated to the voicemail. Increase that to 16 channels and reboot the system.

Really DBrewsky (Vendor)<--- I know why you give me that answer.

Go under -Configuration-Ressources-Applications ressources and modify the one that says "voice mail" to the number of channels you want to allocate. 10 or 12 should be enough.

Reason for the vendor statement is that you're getting into an area that can devistate your system.. Guess if you don't mind taking that chance then by all means go for it..

HI

The split really only makes difference to ip sets giving more resources to the data modules and services.
Have you checked your msc configuration, and given more resources to vmail ports. You can set this to max giving all available ports to vmail etc, this may never have been set and may be limited to 6 or 7 ports.
