Is there a way to view the configuration of an Avaya Aura voicemail server?
I need to see all the users their extensions and if they have any user preferences configured like voicemail to email.

Thanks,
I changed the extension to COR 5 and still have the same issue.
I checked the incoming caller ID and noticed there was a +1 on the number.
I added +1 to the off-pbx st map and I am able to block the call
Thanks for the quick help.
I have read the FAQ's on blocking incoming calls.
I configured it and it does block the call however it will not block it on DID's.
I have a CM
I also have redundant SIP trunks. If I call main number on the secondary SIP trunk the calls are not blocked.
There is probably something obvious I am...
I have Aura SMGR ver 8.1 a SM and SBC.
Our carrier is going to port over a few POTs lines to our existing SIP trunk.
The SIP trunk currently has DID's on it.
How can I add the new numbers?
Is it as easy as going to the SMGR -> Elements-> Routing->Adaptations->Adaptions and add the new number to...
I am getting the same results.
I really think it has something to do with the ext "0"
I can take the same coverage path and apply it to another extension and it works.
I also duplicated ext 0 to a different extension and used the same coverage path and it works.
That tells me something is up...
When I try to add it to the UDP table I get an error...

My only hesitation to that is it works when I assign the config to a different extension.
I would think I would have the same issue.
It's like 0 is not defined in AMM or the CM somewhere.
I'm kinda leaning AMM but don't know where to find it.
We have a General delivery mailbox (1999) that was previously working. Don't know how long it's been out.
When a user dials "0" to get to the receptionist it routs to cov path 15. Cov path 15 routs to cov answer 15 that currently has 1 extension then to VDN 3013 that sends the call vector 15...
I have 3 Session Managers running 8.1.3. I am using Avaya workplace on smart phones for remote workers.
They are working fine however my 2 redundant SM's are failing the Push Notification. My issue appears I am missing the WebSphere Root Cert on my backup SM's. Can I export the cert from my...
I have Avaya AAM ver 7.0.1.
I am adding a new extension and it is in the 5000 range. I am able to add it to the CM and I can call it not a problem.
When it goes to Voicemail it does not route to voicemail for mailbox 5000, it routes to the callers voicemail.
How do I add the 5000 range to AAM?
I have 9611G phones I am currently running h323 not issues. I recently installed a new SBC and am playing with registering the 9611 as SIP which works.
I am now wanting to see if I can get the phone to work with my call enter.
I am not seeing any call center feature buttons available for the...
Thanks, I must have some issues between session manager and CM.
The pilot number is in the SMGR user profile on the CM endpoint tab. I am also seeing an issue where I set buttons for the user and those buttons don't show up on the phone.
I am configuring a 9611 for SIP, I have it registered with the session manager and can make and receive calls.
I cannot find where to configure the message button for the phone.
When I hit the message button I get No Number Configured.
Thanks, My plan is to let my vendor do the upgrade from 6.3 to 8.
I am wondering about going forward with patches.
Is it more user friendly patching after upgrading to 8 vs the patching process in 6.3
