    I like the Procomm script option also before you go and pay the money for OTM. A concern I have with the SEB's is that correct me if I am worng, you also need the server part to program the Trigger words and what not? So this can be a very expensive route.

    You need to make sure you have properly Subnetted out the PBX from the rest of the Corporate lan and have a gateway to the cusotomer lan. The Nortel does not like broadcast and these could cause problems.
