How to config a TTY port to conect to a CISCO 2509 Access Server

Do i need to custom made a special cable to conect the TTY port to the CISCO port?

I WOULD MAKE THIS LINK AN "ESDI" OR MAYBE AN MSDL PORT.
WHAT ARE YOU GONNA USE THIS FOR.

i am trying to access the PABX TTY port throught IP instead on modem.

Why don't you try and connect the PBX directly to the Network Via the Ethernet ports on the PABX

i dont have ethernet ports on the OPT 81C that i am working on.
