Luis, did you resolve this issue? Hard to troubleshoot your configuration when you indicate that it was working 4 months ago. Does your system status indicate any errors on the SIP channels?

From my experience it is always best to have a Control Unit with redundant lines onsite. At the very least it provides more opportunity to troubleshoot network issues when customer's network is down.

You can not combine 2 extensions on one port as the original Avaya Partner was able to achieve.
On the Avaya IP Office; the 1408 model would have to directly go into a digital extension port. Whereas a Konftel 50 would have to utilize a seperate analog port.
