You can not combine 2 extensions on one port as the original Avaya Partner was able to achieve.
On the Avaya IP Office; the 1408 model would have to directly go into a digital extension port. Whereas a Konftel 50 would have to utilize a seperate analog port.

GUYS, the Konfetel 50 plugs in to the audio path on a set via the handset cord...

Wireboy: I would assume that it would work but it is not spelled out in their manual ( only definity phones)
I would call them as they would know better... but my gut it it should work as most handsets are simular.

Sorry, I have the docs which is clearly about connecting the Konftel. If you have such a device and a phone then try it first or be more specific in your question.
