I'm still very new to the IPO system. I'm working on attempting to set up a remote user as well as a SIP trunk at our office. Our IPO is setup behind our firewall and the ISP is saying that they cannot see the system therefore they can't assign it a static. How can I get our system to show behind the firewall so I can get them to assign a static?

NHartse1,
Fairly simple. Access your router and open up ports forwarding to your IP Office. Search on this site you will get a wealth of information.

This is the type of task that you should be asking your maintainer to assist with
get it wrong & you open yourself to a whole heap of pain.

Sip trunks should not require any port forwarding
remote users are best connected through a VPN Nat traversal can be used with port forwarding but care needs to be taken to maintain system security so I would personally advise against it where possible.

A Maintenance contract is essential, not a Luxury.

And for clarification
NEVER ASSIGN AN IPO A PUBLIC IP ADDRESS OR PLACE IT IN A DMZ!

This switch will be hacked in under a week I reckon....

I highly recommend you call in some help with your networking and firewalling...
