I have a customer that would like to set-up a information box in their HR department. They would like a DID setup to allow callers to connect to a voicemail box/ AA module that provides a list employment opportunities. They would like the ability for the call to utilize basic menu options to maybe repeat information. More importantly they would like the call to end without any leave recording options AND the ability to easily change the greeting weekly with simplicity.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!

Sounds like a very simple VM Pro module call flow to me.

DDI>VM Pro Modules> Menu>Prompt>End.

Can I create any type of shortcode to allow customer to easily change greeting?

1) set the menu prompt to be something like 800.wav
2) create a new module, called menuRecording
3) in menu recording, make a menu, with a ??? for touch tones, linked to a edit playlist, with the target of the play list to be $KEY.wav
4) save and make live.
5) create a short code, *80/VoicemailCollect/"menuRecording"

They dial *80, then 800, and they can re-record the message. You can do this with tons of stuff.
Probably a few hundred other ways of doing this as well.

Might even put a hidden menu on that primary info mailbox, something like #1234, linked to that menuRecording module, (pin protect the module on the start point), so they could re-record it remotely, if needed.
