I Connect a Tele-Fax in analog port in combo card, I need when user picks up the headset or send a FAX, the call will automatically receiving External dial tone. No need to press 9 or dial anything to got a line ?

There are possibly a couple of ways. Always include the IP Office software level and in your case what type of external lines you are utilizing.
