Hi, What software version are you running, we've got the same problem with some Gamma sip trunks at the moment that Mitel are looking into to. There is a patch for v6.0 for known sip issues v6.0 PR2, you could try that. Our 5000 is rejecting the inbound calls with 404 but everything looks fine...

Check the privacy setting in the tel dir, if set to yes it will hide the name from the tel dir but when they call another phone it will show the name but not the number. Jules
