when he dials the extension 7849 the call should go to the extension 4232.
What I'm saying: is there a possibility to bypass a DID...
Try to add your controller IP address to the "Trusted Sites" in Internet Options from Internet Explorer.
You should add "http://ipaddress", then close and restart IE.

We have the same problem on many controllers. I opened a ticket at Mitel and all that they could do was to blame it on the providers. And all this after months of troubleshooting.
Of course it's not from our providers because from the same provider there are calls with call duration and there...

Let me update: OPS Manager is programmed to backup automatically the system. It seems that from time to time the backup hangs up and OPS can't finish the backup.
I deleted the backup policy and I will try to update you later.
@M1tel: this happens very often (once a week): we can not reboot the system every time.
@IrwinMFletcher: could you please give me some details about how can I check the VM and how do I restart/reboot the voicemail?

It's a MAS full package version 1.2UR1 in gateway mode. I'm not able to join a web conf from the internet. We have setup an external iP and an internal ip.
Does anyone use the collaboration part from AWC? I'm trying to join a web conference from the internet and I can't manage to do that. From my internal network it's all fine. I only use one public ip. Should this be the cause?
Sorry for the ambiguity; I meant: copy the EM kit from cd to the windows partition (C:/ in your case). The try to reinstall the application with the administrator user.

That's want I needed to hear. In conclusion this is the way that was intended to function: the cell phone to ring almost in the same time with the desktop extension.

People from my costumer that are using the mobility feature are complaining that the cell phone rings too soon. they would like at least 4-5 rings on the desktop phone before it gets twinned on the cell phone. Any thoughts? Thanks.
I didn't made myself understand. My intention is to increase the time that the desktop extension rings before the Mobile Extension passes the call to the twin extension.
