Mitel 3300 missing duration on some calls

Hi, My SMDR logs shows random missing duration on some calls (example below). This creates an issue with external call accounting system, unable to detect such calls. Is there a way to solve this issue? Thank you in advance

We have the same problem on many controllers. I opened a ticket at Mitel and all that they could do was to blame it on the providers. And all this after months of troubleshooting.
Of course it's not from our providers because from the same provider there are calls with call duration and there are calls that don't have call duration.
Hope you are more lucky than us.
