    We have MM w/Avaya Store running version 5.1. We want to allow our helpdesk adminstrators to have access to the web management interface for tasks like password resets / unlocking mailboxes, etc. Right now, their login to the MSS web interface times out after about 5 minutes of inactivity...

    Hello. We have an Avaya MM with the Avaya Message Store at version 5.1. When our administrators delete a mailbox, the system will allow this even if there are active messages. Is there a configuration setting to NOT allow this or at least prompt with a warning that messages exsist?

    We have Avaya case ID 15548791 open. We did an MST trace and our issue has been esculated to Tier 4. Tier 3 was not able to reproduce the issue with CM 5.2 patch 17250; they were able to recreate it with patch levels 17434 and 17536. We don't want to go back on the patch levels as there...

    We took have the same problem after an upgrade to CM 5.2 Ticket number 15548791 is opened with Avaya and after an MST trace, it has been esculated to Tier 4. According to Tier 3, they were ot able to reproduce the issue with CM 5.2 patch 17250; they were able to recreate it with patch levels...

    We just upgraded from CM 2.2 to CM 5.2 last night and are now experiencing the same issue. We can not get an autodial or abbreviated dial to send digits after a PAUSE
