Manager works on 2008. Did you set the License Server IP address in the IPO config to the new (proper) IP address? If so, after restarting Key Server, try rebooting your IPO. It will automatically try validating the licenses again when it comes back up.

I'm assuming this is a Windows error you are receiving? As I haven't seen this error myself, I'll start at the basics -- what version of Manager are you using, what OS are you running, and have you already tried uninstall/reinstalling the Manager application?

If you copied the modules instead of creating new ones each time.. Did you change the recording name in the 2nd and 3rd module in the Edit Play List action? All 3 modules need different recording names.

Have you tried powercycling the DDS16? I've seen it where a bad wire run shorts and sparks the port, rendering it unusable until I powercycle the module. If it's feasible, I would try re-terminating the cable on both ends, and if you still have problems, possibly a new wire run?

If you're using modules you need to use Voicemail Collect. Voicemail Node is only when using the Short Code section in Voicemail Pro.
