I'm assuming this is a Windows error you are receiving?

As I haven't seen this error myself, I'll start at the basics -- what version of Manager are you using, what OS are you running, and have you already tried uninstall/reinstalling the Manager application?

It appears to be a windows error messsage(s). I have Manger 5.2(65)on a windows 2003 server. I have not tried uninstall/reinstall. I am trying to determine if these errors will prevent changes I make offline in Manager to not be accepted in RAM via the merge process.

offline changes can not be merged they need a reboot to take effect, that is what this error tries to tell you I guess.

If you can't be good, be good at it!

Are you saying any change I make even as small as a name change using Manager will require a reboot? I must be missing something. As an administrator should I be using a different application to make real-time changes to the config?

no small changes are mergeable but I thought you use a configuration saved on the harddrive and make changes that you want to save via merge.
That would be an offline change, retrieving a new configuration via manager then making changes and then uploading it is not an offline change that is just a regular programming change, but you need to retireve a config first from the live system, if you do that then I would reinstall the Admin suite.

Looks like a .net problem

Reinstall .net 2.0 and try again

This is either a .NET problem or a Java problem. Try to uninstall and re-install your Manager app to see if this resolves the issue. .NET is installed or updated when you install the application.
