The files you need are G711, not G723 btw.
Its easiest to extract the prompts to the root of the drive, makes it easier to navigate to that folder in cmd.
Sounds to me like he already has all the necessary hardware and software, if he just dials the number assigned in the database (normally the main number) the Hipath will just answer.
If the call comes into a group then give the user a set hunt group night service button or out of service button and program the VM accordingly.
VMPro 4.0(18) has an issue with the beginnings of messages and greetings being cut off, downgrade it to 4.0(15)
