    Sounds to me like he already has all the necessary hardware and software, if he just dials the number assigned in the database (normally the main number) the Hipath will just answer.

    This is a real issue if your using an IP500 with embedded VM so no PC is needed on site, the system can't have the time manually changed!

    If the call comes into a group then give the user a set hunt group night service button or out of service button and program the VM accordingly. VMPro 4.0(18) has an issue with the beginnings of messages and greetings being cut off, downgrade it to 4.0(15)
