I've got a site with an IP Office 500 that keeps resetting. The phones keep losing programming, except for the locked buttons. The firmware has been upgraded to the latest revision, the IPO was upgraded to Professional, and it's not on the Network (it uses a Data switch) for the phone system to talk to the network, per the customer's request.
Any ideas? What other info do you need from me in order to offer a solution?
