we have an IP office system getting reports the time displayed on the sets are correct , voicemail time stamp correct ( time is defined as Voicemail Pro time via manager )

users are saying that missed calls show an hour off - even though time is corrct on the phones LCD display

any known issues like this ??

just looking on avaya.com without much luck

Reboot fixed it.

I have had this on alot of 3.1 sites. Unplug the phone and plug it in again or reboot the system and it clears up. It has to do with daylight savings.

Yes, mine went wonky when the time changed.

This is a real issue if your using an IP500 with embedded VM so no PC is needed on site, the system can't have the time manually changed!

sure you can
You only need to be on 4.0.10
then you have to make one phone a system phone
then you dial *9000* ,then the hold button and of you go
also you can do this remote but you need to set the dhcp on "dial in"
then you can dial in with out setting the 192.168.99.xxx ipadres because you get one from the system
then you are on the local network
then your manager is the time server
the only thing is that you need to reboot the ipoffice
