What do you mean by type? We use a prodcut called SmarterMail and uses SMTP to send. We DO NOT use Microsoft Exchange. A lot of us have Blackberries or other PDA's and the problem is really more when the email (with the vmail attached) get's forwarded to our cell. That might be part of the problem.

Actually, the fax server isn't necessarily looking for dialed digits, that's the only way we know how to deliver them from the Mitel. The fax server can accept them through the the header information or any way the digits can be embedded in the tone.

Thanks all. I would think a lot of customers would ask for this. Seems like a Mitel should at least make this an option. I guess I will have to tell everyone to stare directly at their phone when using handsfree so they don't miss another call.
