run sysedit go to win.ini and remove the line load/run c:\windows\system\propwizard.exe
propwizard was a setup program for one or other software that was loaded
check for the nimda virus if you had it and cleared it most likely your riched20.dll file was deleted and you need to copy a working copy of riched20.dll to c:\windows\system
