Hi troops

Im trying to network a 95 box with a 98 (1st edition) box. I have my NIC installed and they all seem to be operating fine. When I connect the machines via a crossover cable the network browser can see itself but no other machine.

I think I have the correct protocols and things installed but would greatly appreciate some help here. Thanks alot

Make sure you have IPs in the same range. Right-click Network Neighborhood-> properties-> TCP/IP-> properties and specify an IP. Try that... Matt Wray
