That's correct allworxguy. In addition I finally was able to find that the when your in the paths of the CCR tree you press next and the alternate path will display for recording.
Can't seem to remember what paths to use after recording the alternate language path greeting. I know the main Home path "0" as well as the regular paths (i.e. Path 1, Path 2, Path 3 etc. Please help my mental block.
Did not realize Avaya was still supporting KRS. I will reach out to a fellow Avaya authorized vendor for assistance. Thank you again Curlycord. As usual you have been a great asset to this forum.
Yes Curly, when you lets say call someone's extension through intercom, instead of the programmed name displaying on the phone you will get a number display. Example: I call Brooks extension number, it displays a random number like an 8 or 5 instead of Brooke's name. They did mention they have...
Customer has Norstar MICS 0x32 KSU with 7.0 Rls Software. Problem is that some of the phones are displaying Numeric characters instead of Alpha numeric characters on their displays. I recycled the power and seemed to have cleared the problem but customer informed us that problem is back. Is...
FYI. Ok I remotely accessed the Call Pilot 150 3.1 and found that the customer had activated the Touch Tone Gate on Greeting #1. I disabled it and voila it cleared the problem. Hope it helps you guys in case you run into the same issue.
Hello Again. There is a correction on my post. The trouble is not with the CCR Tree it is with the company greeting #1 in the auto-attendant. If someone wants to transfer a call to an extension they have to dial 9 and then the extension number. After the CCR Tree comes on it will transfer calls...
Customer decided to program their CCR Tree 1 and now when the Tree answers it will not transfer to any extension until you press 9 and then the extension number. Any thoughts?
Hello curlycord, Hawks, allworxguy, cook1082 and snowman50. Turns out the problem was with the customer's service provider not recognizing the DTMF signaling. Their Adtran was the culprit. There are still some digits not being recognized but at least their provider is aware of it. I want to...
Hawks, the main console (Target #133) and several other extensions have target lines pointed to them and they do ring accordingly. I created CCR Tree 1 and tried pressing digits after the CCR tree home menu came on and still having same issue where any digit I enter on my dial pad the greeting...
I programmed Hunt group HG01:707 added three extensions (221,233,307) Line Assignment: 8 lines directly to the hunt group, used Distribution Mode: rotary, Hunt Delay: 2,Busy line setting to: Queue mode with delay of 15, Overflow: to one of the HG extensions:221. Checked extensions and they all...
Check the port of the extension in maintenance and see if state of port is idle or busy. If idle disable port and then re-enable. If that doesn't work use a different port.
They are called 25 pair amphenol cables which either a male or female amphenol connection and come in different lengths 10',15' 25'. Graybar electric or any cable supplier will carry them.
Hawks I will double check on the software release. Curlycord I meant the callers still hears the company greeting even after pressing any extension or button on their dial pad. Hawks again I will call their IT people and find out if they are sending true PRI or VoIP converted. The AA answers but...
allworxguy, It's an eight channel PRI. I also tried just turning on the AA to answer after 0 rings on Target line 133 and it does the same thing. Callers still cannot break the dial tone when the company greeting comes on.
