You have to co-res CCMA and CCMS if you want to add the Nortel toolbox, NCCT. This is the only way NCCT will work.
If you want screen pops then co-res is the solution.
Co-residency is necessary if you want to run the Nortel toolbox (NCCT). It requires you have both CCMS and CCMA on the same server as well as NCCT. This will be for screen pops, database filtering etc.
PC problem.

Could be Crystal report viewer also...What release Symposium?
Month and a half later and no resolution from Nortel. Seems the SAG will NOT work with standard IPE shelf. It will however work in our fiber remote shelf. Nortel Clearly states on the compatability matrix that it should work but doesn't.Product Bulletin would be appropriate pending some sort of...
Thanks...the agent greeting cards I have are release 3.02. Got them last Nov and the 5.5 in Sept. According to Nortel compatability list 5.5 switch should work with AG 3.0 and above.
Just upgraded to 5.5 and the agent greeting has not worked since. The Nortel vendor has told me this may be the first 5.5 to have ever have agent greeting. I doubted that fact and was posting here to find out if anyone out there has 5.5 working with agent greeting?
I'm sure the 9150 is one that NN wants to forget about. Quickly replaced with the SRG. The 9150 has a generic ethernet interface from black box and any ping from off the network will be seen by the adapter as a call redirect The calls drop when it trys to find another path out. Nortel had no...
Strange because the tone is coming from the ATT bridge and it should be audible to all parties. There is a command under CLS called WTA, warning tone allowed, but I think this is only relating to barge in feature.
We are upgrading from SCCS 4.2/WC 4.5 to CCMS/CCMA 6.0. There are Symon readerboards in the call center and I was told these would no longer function on 6.0 with the current software. I could find nothing about external display in the nortel docs. Is there a software that is availble to adapt...
This might be better handled by the provider of your TFN...tell them it is an annoyance and the may issue you another TFN at no charge...
One thing you could try on a switch level is to find out the DNIS and then in LD 49 route it to your voice mail for the announcement.

Run a "trace" on the IP addy and it will show you what hop the latency is in. Could be anything from a bad ethernet cable, router or softprompt, but this will narrow it down.
The feature is sometimes called "whisper page" ...Just what dulfo666 said, a supervisor can coach an agent while on a call. I couldn't find anything about it on the Nortel site and google it only comes up with Cisco and Avaya using this. I don't have a Nortel rep at present time...So thank you...
