Recorcing ACD Agents

Hi All!

I just picked up a customer with an Option 61C, they want to be able to record ACD agent calls and play them back at a later time if necessary. This is an older release (23.55). Any suggestions?

I think you could do that through a program called Audacity, not sure though. You could also purchase a scutch box and accomplish that. Look out for the legalities though.

The only way I know you can do this ,is getting a 3rd party application like Nice ,Witness,etc.However if they are using service observe they can use some type of recorder on an individual level.

Can but NRAO Nortel remote agent observe, about 5 grand used. Can FTP calls to a server. Obv live from anywhere.

Nice, Parrot, Audacity, witness all good apps...but costly. The cheapest, best way is Konexx
