I just picked up a customer with an Option 61C, they want to be able to record ACD agent calls and play them back at a later time if necessary. This is an older release (23.55). Any suggestions?
I think you could do that through a program called Audacity, not sure though. You could also purchase a scutch box and accomplish that. Look out for the legalities though.
The only way I know you can do this ,is getting a 3rd party application like Nice ,Witness,etc.However if they are using service observe they can use some type of recorder on an individual level.
