You will not be able to use UDP. In dialplan parameters ypu can chose, if you want to check udp table or local table for extension first.

What codec do you use? There is an issue with g.723 codec. try to use g.729 instead. You have to change bandwidth setting in your softphone menu from "28800 or faster modem" to "Cable, xDSL or ISDN" or to "LAN". Remember to check if g.729 is in codec-set you use. Bartosz
