Drop issue

Hi,
I have a little problem:
Agents can not drop incoming external calls by the drop button. They can drop outgoing calls, or internal calls.
Agents are able to disconnect calls by application.

Any ideas?
 
I think this is a known issue. What version CM and update are you running?
 
ok, it was problem with nice. Changing recording type from SSC to SO solved the problem.
