Hi again everyone.....Next question...Can a definity shoot info out to a display with the number of calls waiting? If so how? Thanks again in advance.

Are you looking to display this to a center so everyone can see it? If so, a PC hooked up to a nice large Plasma TV will do the trick. Use BCMS or CMS to run the report.

You can use vu-display feature button to display some statistics on the display of your phone.
