I have three offices that were not able to call forward between sites, although they could dial each other's DN's from site to site.
I set TRNX and EXTT to YES in Net_data. It worked fine for call forwarding using normal DN's, however Call Forward fails when the users try to call forward...

I have taken music off the IAO trunk and just have silence on hold, no beep beep's!
I know that on older M1/CS1000's you have to change the dip on the conference card to set this up, but on 5.0 with a CPPM there are no conference cards
Does anyone know how to add the beep beeps on hold...
Smile pc console - Carried out some names changes using OTM - Old names are displayed on the Smile, not the new ones after doing global update from OTM. PBX reflects the names updated on the Smile.
Anyone got any ideas as to what may be wrong?

Wondering if you had come across this problem.
We have DDI names programmed in ld95 (IDC section), calls are answered and the names do not appear, however if you put the caller on hold and then retrieve the call the name displays.
Anyone know a fix for this?

I've similar issues. I have SCCS 4.2, GRTD 3.05.05 . On one of my user's NT PC, the agent map shows all the agents logged out, however my XP PC has no such problem and all the agents (the same agents) show as logged in. I have tried my user ID on both machines and it makes no difference...
