Network Call Forward to PLDN

Hi

I have three offices that were not able to call forward between sites, although they could dial each other's DN's from site to site.
I set TRNX and EXTT to YES in Net_data. It worked fine for call forwarding using normal DN's, however Call Forward fails when the users try to call forward their phone to a PLDN on one of the other PBX's

Has anyone come across this before? Is it a 'design feature' or is there a setting I can change?

you can look at opt cff in the cdb, might be a problem. if you can call a number and opt is cff (not cfo), and your cfxa, you can forward to the number

Thanks for your suggestion - added cff to two of the offices (the other already had the setting!), however it did not resolve the problem - have you any other ideas on this?
