DDI Names do not show

Hi All

Wondering if you had come across this problem.

We have DDI names programmed in ld95 (IDC section), calls are answered and the names do not appear, however if you put the caller on hold and then retrieve the call the name displays.

Anyone know a fix for this?

DNAM was the first thing we checked and it is set to yes - The incoming idc goes to a PLDN and it doesn't display the name, but works with ordinary extensions

try cls tdd dnda, and i don't see ira/ird in your class mark, that may not be the key but that is something i usually add
