GRTD: Data Collection Window not showing all applications 1

GRTD: Now this is an application I don't look at more than once in a blue moon!

I have a user's GRTD billboard which is now showing 'Calls Answered' that Interval (24hours) as zero. The user says that prior to the weekend it always displayed correctly.

When I checked, the Data Collection Window is not showing all the applications, I assume it was before, as the billboard is still showing the title of the original application. Therefore I cannot recreate a billboard with this app. In fact there are only 2 appliactions available, when I believe I should have many more.

I have logged in with sysadmin and still have the same problem.
Symposium Real time stats show that there are many calls answered for this app.
I have looked through the docs and I cannot see anything relevent on this subject.

Has anyone got any ideas on this?

Thanks for this - did the reboot at the first opportunity - it needed two reboots, but cleared the fault.
