I have an SMDR6 off of a MICS for call reporting. It has worked fine before but lately it reboots by itself and then sometimes loses it programming such as the baud rate. Any ideas what would cause this? I saw a previous post by ymeq123 but the solution wasn't posted.

Its nice to have the ability to set holidays but when I had all the holidays built for the year and then added another one for the purpose of an employee party, why would the whole holiday greeting list end up empty? It doesn't make me too confident to use it again.

The 1131 does have a console port. I'm unable to browse to it even after I give it an ip address through the console port. The 1131s are my only cisco product being used while trying to set up a WLAN Nortel phone system.

I have a MICS 7.0 with a Call Pilot 150. Lately one set will display "Activity ID" and the phone will not operate until the release button is pushed. Any idea what this is? It only happens on one extension.
