Here is a quick and easy way to change a CISCO 1131 Wireless Access Point from Lightweight(out of the box) to Standard.
I did not see an WAP forum so I am posting this here.
1 Changing Cisco 1131 Access points from Lightweight to Standard

3 Download the latest Cisco IOS or the version you want to use
4 Download install Solar Winds TFTP Server(Free)

6 Change your IP to 10.0.0.x x= anything between 2 and 5
7 Plug a straigt through cable from the wap to your machine
8 place the IOS image in your default TFTP folder

10 Your AP should be unplugged at this point
11 press and hold the mode button(you might need a pen/pensil)
12 plug in your WAP and continue holding the mode button until the LED turns red
13 Once the LED turns red let go of the button and it should automatically start
downloading the firmware
14 If you are connected through a console cable you will see it extracting the files

16 Once it is finished you are ready to configure it.
