I recently installed RCC for a call pilot 3.0. It took a while to get it up and running and using this site was a great help. The program is hosted on one pc. It was just reported to me that the program "times out" every 2-3 hours and comes back up after the pc is rebooted. What could cause this problem?

RCC server needs rebooting for call pilot reports

How is it hooked up? network hub/switch? maybe it pings the CP and does not see it at times.

Look for duplicate IP adresses, switch port parameter misconfiguration (speed, duplex, vlan tagging) and NIC errors.

Search all my posts about the RCC and you should be able to fix the problem. I have 3 RCC's running great. I'm thinking you probably don't have the correct Java. Again, search all my posts.
