I have a MICS with a Call Pilot 3.0, just yesterday I went to add a Holiday greeting for today to start at 1030am since calls would not be taken for the rest of the day at that time. There was already a list of holidays built for the year, some recurring and some not. I also needed to change the Call Pilot ip for another reason which required a reboot which was done after closing hours. Today the holiday greeting did not kick in at 1030 and when I checked on it all the holiday greetings were erased. Any ideas?

first of all ...what holiday is today?

this is an undocumented feature ...ive trained my customers to check before holidays

+ reboot doesnt seem to erase it, something else is

Its nice to have the ability to set holidays but when I had all the holidays built for the year and then added another one for the purpose of an employee party, why would the whole holiday greeting list end up empty? It doesn't make me too confident to use it again.

Not sure why that would happen....what greeting numbers were they? what is your answer to Rik's question?.
Did you change greetings through the telset or via browser?.

I never changed the actual greeting. I just use the normal closed gretting in the holiday mode. I added this one day through the browser and after I submitted it then this particular day showed up with all the other days such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc. The next day they had all vanished. I know that this can be manually done with F982 but that is not what is wanted.
