    You have to save the name of the new report first, then go to "get copy of report" and locate the existing report you're copying in. You should be able to save the copy after that.

    Can you be more specific about what you're trying to do? If you're just trying to insert a step above an existing vector step, press F6, then i and the step number you want to insert the step above. For example to insert at step 7, you would type F6 - i - 7

    Unfortunately, the CWC table doesn't capture logid so you won't be able to build a CMS report to capture CWC by agent. Does anyone out there know if you can use Agent Trace or ECHI data to help lopes1211 get the info they need?

    Edit - forgot you're using BCMS-Vu. In that case just run the VDN report for the unique VDN (not the li bcms vdn command as you would through ASA)
