I have set up a network of 4 sites. I can call across the network alright. However, my challenge is that I can not dial into any of the sites to pick a c.o line and make calls within their local area. Please help me set it up.

Having set up a link between two TDA200's using a TDA0490 and a TDA0484 VoIP Gateway cards, i have programmed both PBX's and cards, using the extension method. Now if i start dialling into the other PBX, Line Not Assigned shows oh the phones followed by busy tone. What have i missed out?
During a recent installation, the empty boxes were all cleared by the cleaners before i could say jack. I lost the sheet that contains information about registering the ip soft phone software. Any help as to how to get it registered, will be appreciated.
I have progammed the phones with the various autodial numbers for release, log-in , log-out, auto-in , auto-out, head set, just as those already working in the system.
What have I left out?
I installed a call centre a few years back. Now the client wants additional agents, after installing the phones getting those agents to log-in and log-out is giving me a tough time, please i need some help in solving this problem.
A TDA200 we have just installed, loses data configured when the system is switched off and goes back to the default settings. What have I not done correctly?

A call centre I set up a couple of years back, has now started playing the night announcement during the day time. When I change the in-coming destination to attendant, wait a few minutes and change it back to the announcement extension it works okay. A few days later the same problem comes...

1. wait-time 2 secs hearing ringback
2. collect 3 digits after announcement 490
3. route-to digits with coverage n
4. goto step 5 if unconditionally
5. route-to number 0 with cov n if unconditionally
6. stop
I have just completed installing and configuring an AVAYA Definity system, that includes an announcement and music on hold. The difficulty I am facing now is that I can not dial to any extension neither can I wait for the operator's assistance. The call cuts after the greetings.
