TDA200 goes back to default when switched off

A TDA200 we have just installed, loses data configured when the system is switched off and goes back to the default settings. What have I not done correctly?

Is there a battery for feeding the RAM circuit (that holds the database) in this PBX, that you maybe have not switched on, or this battery maybe has gone dead?

what postion was the switch in during powerdown???
did you back up b4 shutdown ?? if not ouch!!

as CWC3 has said when programed you must back the system up to the sd card using the button on the top line of the software

Unlock the SD memory.

The reason for the system going off was the SD card switch position.
