Is it possible to program a button or two on the proprietary phones to allow incoming calls, when the phones are in use? Please help.

What system are you using? What type of lines, and how many? What model phone?

The system is a KX-TDA200, ISDN BRI 30, the model of phones are the 7636, 7633 and 7630.

You can use single co keys 1 per channel or Group co keys per trunk group. I tend to use group co keys and assign 2-4 depending on how busy the user is going to be, ie holding, transferring, conference calls etc. Also you may want to enable auto call waiting under extension settings option 2.
