The best way to get ACT! to the phones is to avoid Outlook/Exchange and use Handheld Contact ... because Outlook/Exchange doesn't support the data types and links, going through those systems is very tricky. If you must do it, use 123 Synchroniser - but get it set up by someone who's done it...
