How to create corporate profiles for corporate phones

Hi Guys

I am need to be able to create a corporate profile for corporate phones which

only allow specific applications to run,
[/ul]
[ul]
prevent users from changing settings,
[/ul]
[ul]
prevent users from downloading applications
[/ul]
As these could compromise security or even infect the phone.

I know that Apple makes a Configuration manager for the iOS that allows profiles to be created. It requires a Mac computer to use, though.

Not sure about Android. BES should cover Blackberry.

Depends on the phone OS ... are you just looking at one OS or multiple?
