We are having an intermitent problem with our H323 trunks. We have 6 sites setup with 6 digit dialing between using DSC and 4 dig ext at each site.

We are getting this error today every 15 seconds. We have a 5.5 opt11 (now a CS1000E). We are getting occasional dropped calls.

Make sure that you are not archieving. Go to Message Management and scroll to the bottom. Uncheck "Enable system wide message archiving" if it is not a function you use. Then run a backup and see if it is smaller.

Log into CallPilot under "Messaging", select "Messaging Management". In the General section change the "Maximum prompt size" accordingly.

We have been having issues with call transfer through Appbuilder on one of our sites. Most of the time the call gets transferred fine, but we frequently get disconnected and the "Call Cannot be Transfered" message comes on.
The ports are not maxed out, and we have more than enough...
