H323 Fast Busy 1

We are having an intermitent problem with our H323 trunks. We have 6 sites setup with 6 digit dialing between using DSC and 4 dig ext at each site.

In the past we had this issue and just reset the VGMC cards.

We get DCH MSGI on the PBX that is having issue, but just fast busy on the far end. There are no outgoing messages printed when trying to make a call onsite, just get a fast busy.

Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

check the setup of your LSC 82 shouild be a dmi to del 2. Leaving you with DN 7199.
 
bignose21, thanks for the reply. Yes there is a LSC entry for 82 with DEL 2...\

...The weird thing is that nothing programming wise has been changed.

Any other thoughts?...


 
May still be a problem with your VGMC's what state are they in if you STAT them in LD 32. Also when your having the problem what state are they in, all busy?
 
Hello,

I had the same error message with an CS1000B, I enabled Plugin 27 which resolves the problem. It is to aloow DID to TIE calls.

also had a similar problem where the Data switch and VGMC's were not negotiating the right speed and duplex. If we set it manually in the VGMC then no problems. Can't remember the commands I'll try and get on a VGMC to day and have a look.
