On the server do start>run>cmd> then "ipgonfig /all" (no quotes). You should have two adapters listed one going to the ELAN (PBX) and the other going to the CLAN (customer network). The CLAN will be the IP for the web client. The URL should be (insert your ip address in there)
If that doesn't work it's a network issue. Try going to that URL from the server first, then your PC.
