I don't believe Embedded VM on 4.2 supports a Dial by Name function as does the VM Pro and the only thing I can think of doing is a name directory. Such as a spoken menu of all the names with an action to transfer afterwards. Anyone have any other ideas?

Ok, I am good to go now. I didn't know you had to put all overflow groups in the overflow list, that works now. I also have it ringing the first overflow group 5 rings but I had to have the initial group ring the same amount of times as well. It will do. Thanks for your responses.

I have tried editing them in the first group but no matter if I set Overflow timer to 10 seconds and Voicemail timer to 60, it will still only ring the second Hunt Group 3 times and then revert back to the first hunt group and after the timer on it ring the second one again etc...
