Forward voicemails from Visual Voice

Does anyone know if there is a way to forward voicemails to another extension by using Visual Voice?

press copy...then targets...

It works on a regular phone but I have a receptioinist that I have HMAIN in the source code of the user and when she goes into that mailbox, she cannot copy those. Has anyone seen that issue.
