No. why hanging on a phone ?
Playing with it does do more for me
Reading manuals is much less boring then hanging in a conference call

So i have an install coming up with a 25 person call center, and 3 supervisors. I read one of the posts where CCR is better in some places and CCC is better in others.

Can somone elaborate on the differences? I will be installing this system end of August.

Sorry if this is hijacking the thread, should I start another?

Do you need a wallboard ? then CCC
Do you just need reports ? then CCR

CCR is not replacing CCC yet because it has limited features

With the web based stuff, can CCR show amount of calls in queue? Dont need wallboard, but was going to accomplish that through PC wallboard, although not liking the client install stuff.
