I just installed a new IP Office 500 system using SIP Trunking.
My Client is wanting calls placed to his phone to forward to his cell phone if it does not get answered at his desk.
Using IP Office Manager, I went to his user profile screen, forwarding tab and checked "Forward on Busy" and...
I am the only one using the phone at this time.
This is the first call after a reboot and it did it.
Here is some of the log. Hope it helps.

I have an IP500 with 4 Analog Lines. When Dialing Out, I enter 9 and the number and SOMETIMES I get "Waiting-For-Line" and a beep. After a few seconds, the system will go ahead and dial. Other times, it dials immediately.
This is a new install, pretty much right out of the box runing 4.0(5)...
Turns out the receptionist had a call coverage button for the extension that I was testing. Caused it to ring that phone also, but after a few seconds.
I can't find a forward on the extension anywhere.
I have an incomming call route for 8009. I set both the incomming call goup and incomming number to 8009. It still rings ext8009 2 times and then the receptionist phone and 8009 both ring.
Still got me baffaled.
I have an IP400 with an incomming T1 line (23 channels)
I am trying to get one of the DID's to ring a specific extension only and if no answer, go to that extension's voicemail.
Currently it rings the extension for 2 rings and then also rings the receptionist.

Forgot to mention, I can call ext 200 and while listening to the default message, I press 8 but nothing happens.
I can however, leave a message and it works fine.
I have a IP500 using Embedded VoiceMail and have setup a voicemail code of 200 for the Main Hunt Group.
However, I am unable to find a way to modify the default message that gets played when a user calls in.
What am I overlooking?
I have an IP 500 (New Install) and need to provide a way for the Receptionist to transfer a call directly to a users voicemail without ringing the extension.
Is this possible? If so, please provide instructions.
Thanks
I believe my Postfix server performed a cleanup operation and broke itself.
